I was fraud it out of $119 extra my payment plan was 9.99 this lady got mad and charged my card 119.00 she stated her name was joy charged my card a extra 119.00 I got the fraud alert from my bank while I was talking to her on the phone and she wouldn't give me a supervisor I am mad going report this to bbb also

Unprofessional rude nasty nasty reps shame on them there boss needs to no about there conduct as well as behavior and the reps got a attitude and didn't come back to the phone after I waited a very long time he over talked me and stated and you are going to go over again well he'll I called and told them and they were so so ugle shame can't even call to talk can't believe they deal with the public I didn't call to ask for a hearing just wanted clarity I got a letter 6/12/23 the others were months before you don't no how to calculate while you work in there

Do not pay through PayPal if you can help it they take your money and you don't get the stuff you have ordered then they never contact you I had to report them to bbb and do a disput with my bank they took my money and sent me nothing almost 30 days they never answere there phone they steal your money
