My order has not arrived yet, and nobody is replying to my emails. I do not recommend using their service at all.
This platform is terrible; it feels like a scam! The subscription cancellation didn't go as expected after the trial, and I was unknowingly charged for months. I requested a refund because there was no activity on my account, but they did not show any willingness to provide a refund. It is genuinely frustrating to deal with such a dishonest and inflexible organization. They did not even respond to my last email.
