I bought five tickets to Greece with my family, we took a direct flight to Crete. After I paid and went to check if everything was ok, I found that they changed my itinerary, making me stop for 8 hours in Germany. So I contacted them and asked them to fix it or give me my money back. They said there was no proof it was their mistake and there was nothing they could do.
