Unable to reach any support. If you want to talk to a bot - call so called "Samsung support". Samsung simply don't care about customers. Returning a product because of that.

Tip for consumers:
Whirlpool customer service/support are almost non-existent.
I was on hold for almost 1 hour until Robin picked up the call. After that Robin simply stopped answering and she put me through the silence for the rest of the call.
So, you have to dial the number and wait another hour to reach another customer rep again.
No surprise why Whirlpool has 1 star reviews.
Such a mess and disregard for customers. Sad...
