Sam's club signed me up for this great deal and plan. I was with Verizon for 15 years I don't know what possessed me to do this, because my regret is HUGE! I lost over 1500.00 on this stupid mistake. I switched over to AT&T receiving new iPhone's they said I had 15 days to change my mind. First I had to pay the taxes which was 238.00 then wait for the phones to be delivered by box and we had to download our contacts and photos to these phones it was a disaster! Finally they were changed over, then our service was dropping. Oh let me go back Verizon said we were eligible to upgrade and get new phones all of them were out of contract, but surprise I got a bill of 1300.00 for payoff in the phones that I though we're paid off, I couldn't afford that hit. So I said we have to go back to Verizon, that was really sneaky then they hit me with all these charges and I set up auto pay for the extra discount so wham. They took that out it was 300.00 then going back to AT&T they said ohh no problem send the phones back in the box, they also said they would wave the restocking fee since it was under the 15 days. Yeah RIGHT! I finally switched back but I only sent 3 phones back and we ported over the new phones back to Verizon. I had so much Stress, I had to go to att&t stores and then over to Verizon for a day I $#*! you not 7hrs to get this all worked out, cause Verizon was still trying to bill me for the unpaid phones I originally had, but was told I was good to transfer to another carrier. This is all from the Sam's club phone sales. I thought this was all done 6/24 was the last time I had to talk to AT&T then. September 1st 2 months later they slam my checking for 568.00 because I had auto pay they took the restocking fee and also charged me for service I didn't even have with the phones I sent back. I tried calling and I also went into.AT&T to try to get my money, this awesome guy Beu or Bo helped me figure it out, and told me what the charges was. I called again she wanted all this info I didn't have but was able to see my old contract and I did get charged the restocking fee, and she said I wouldn't get that back, so I said we'll I want the money on the contract for usage on dates I didn't have the phone. 210.00 out of 586.00 I thought, but she asked for something I couldn't give her the label or copy that was on the box the phones came back to AT&T in. I had to prove the phones came back to them, in order for me to get the money on service I didn't have. So I got charged restocking fee of 279.00 for the phones and was able to get my money until I proved they got the phones?!? What the HELL am I not understanding this? AT&T took money from my account 2 months later for this. I want to pull my hair out! If anyone can help please call *******185

We bought the top of the line mattress and frame that move you into every position, that part is great. We've had our mattress changed out 2 times. The last one was over a year ago. I hate this mattress, we spent so much money on these split king mattress it's was over 10,000 dollars…. Now a year and a half later there's nothing we can do. I was in an auto accident and the sales rep insisted this would be the bed to go to, an adjustable bed with a mattress firm cooling gel all the bells and whistles. It was a lot of money, but I hurt so much to lay down. We have had these for 2 yrs my husband and I hate the mattress but I can't afford to replace them. These mattress a piece were 3500 so now we're stuck and I wake up every nite from the pain it gives me.
