Their customer care policy had been worst but now there seem some new light. Earlier they rejected all my ticket and even their automatic reply was of rejection even after submitting proof. I used to play hero wars and did in game task there. One task was in progress and after completion, it got blocked but they never helped me. This is the first time I got help in over a year and first time saw the link to site for writting review. Hope they can maintain good customer care policy like this time and not start repeating what they earlier used to do.
