My order was lost in the mail and I contacted customer service more than 10 times. Everyone I chatted with promised that it would be resolved in 48 hours. After 3 weeks, I have not heard a response from anyone. They don't have a phone number to call and you're forced to chat with their online customer service. They said will refund you or ship a replacement to you. After that I have not received my refund or replacement, then they said they are investigating with FEDEX and make me keep waiting. I urge everyone to boycott them and put them out of business!
Tip for consumers:
don´t buy from this skinstore.com you can not get your refund or replacement when your package is missing, and they just make you keep waiting , said they are investigating with FEDEX, but nothing revolve, you will waist your time and money.
