Purchased a dishwasher from Mile End store 4 months ago, had a tech come out 2 months after opening a complaint, Manager shrugs it off and says now I have to get approval for a refund through the manufacturer {3 weeks ago}, Dish washer {Technika} is Crap, doesn't clean and doesn't dry, takes 3 hours for the cycle. Ultimately, there is NO customer satisfaction here. Good luck with your returns. I have 3 homes, will never shop. Bad- Guys again.
Tip for consumers:
Don't expect the Good Guys to honor their products or services. I'm out $500 with a piece of junk and they keep passing the buck to avoid refunds or exchanges.
Products used:
Technika Dishwasher. Offered to pay extra for a better one, Manager would not agree, 2 year warranty means Jack. No customer service. Very poor business. Only 4 months old, 2 months waiting for them to send a tech.
