Without a doubt this company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. After purchasing a patio umbrella in August 2020 I was initially pleased with my purchase but after opening up the unmbrella for the first time this spring I noticed there was a screw and leather washer missing on one of the arms. You would think this would be an easy fix. I called customer service to explain the situation. I was asked to provide photos of the damaged part. This was on 5/26/21. As of today (6/24/21) I have not received the part. After again calling customer service I was told I would receive an email within 24-48 hours concerning my problem. The representative then tried to blame FedEx and UPS for the delay. I'm sure there are companies manufacturing umbrellas that are willing to take care of their customers in a timely manner but this is not one of them.
