“Don't use them is my advice...”

I wish I had seen this site before I ordered. It has been a totally nightmare! Finally after almost 9 weeks got our cushions today and 2 are missing, one made out of totally different material(see attached). They say they will fix all the issues, but my confidence is running low and wondering how many more weeks now we will wait.
Leading up to this was a total $#*! show, so this is just the icing on the cake.
