I have been a MatchesFashion customer for a few years. I have not had a missing package until June 2021 when I moved from San Francisco to Los Angeles. The front desk at the place which is supposed to be secure did not receive the package. I had this shipped to a UPS Access Point, but the city did not match the Access Point Location so it was delivered. Like they say, one difficult situation ruins the entire brand. I am hesitant to shop now with MatchesFashion because of this incident. I understand missing packages, but this has been a very very stressful situation for me for almost a month. I was not able to enjoy Los Angeles and feel stressed out all the time bout the missing package. OMF *******

Order came as expected. Decently fast shipping. Items came as expected.

Item came as expected and condition was great. Shipping was very good even during the pandemic. Would order from again.
