Should show shipping charge and any other charges before I have to put in my shipping information, especially since it's not unreasonable. I was worried once I put my personal information in, then it was going to ask for a ridiculously high shipping price or other fees.
Cheaper than Abe Books
The product simply doesn't work for iPhone. I followed all the instructions given by cust service and it didn't work. So they agreed to give me a 60% refund and continue the service for the remaining time. However, they shut down the service after giving me the partial refund. So I contacted them stating that this was not what we agreed to. They reactivated my account but now nothing works. No data is downloaded except browser bookmarks. Horrible company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
