When I use the app for purchases, every few seconds, adds keep me from progressing with my order.

How did someone think this was a good idea.

I assure you that you lose orders from frustration with ads while trying to purchase your products.

As a compliment, the app is unique in this way. But not in the way the app designer thinks.

Fix this! There should be no ads while looking for items or checking out!

I live 20 mins away from a larger city.

I submitted 10 available dates and times ans had no response.

I finally got a tech assigned (same day with 4 hours notice.

I made some minor schedule adjustments, and then found out the tech cancelled.

I have spent the time I could have done this myself trying to get them to get someone out to me.

Cheated with help and nothing is resolved.

As a business consultant, a great idea is only an idea if you can't deliver!
