I've won my cards through NM Lottery and have 3 cards with balnces of 170.00 qnd have been trying to redeem or use my remaining balance I spent 2 hours on phone with the same 3 people answering the phone from Central America they had me using my user ID which was my email but after 2 hours of trying to login they tried.to get me toogin with a email address I never created I need.to know how to retain the pw and how to by pass.the puzzle with non stop pictures I also want to know why the.state of nm is using fraudilant.outside the state source shame on you Gov.
