Therefore, all sellers needs to accept their sales to make sure tickets are still available to be provided. This acceptation process is similar to many marketplace from other industry as well.
Your seller has not accepted the sale and you have been notified by email automatically. This means that your payment has been automatically released to your account in a form of a reversal - please read below:
In the case of a reversal you won't see a refund credit on your statement—you'll just see the original authorization drop off your statement entirely after a few days. There will be no payment, and no refund. It'll appear as if the whole transaction never happened. Your bank should be able to confirm this for you.
