I called Uplift desk and spoke with Anthony Tipton. Exceptional customer service. Walked me through the process of troubleshooting the control box. He was patient and kind and knew his stuff. I appreciate him taking the time to help me and never once did I feel like an idiot. My pictures weren't that great but he knew exactly what to do. Thanks for answering the phone and the great customer service. Truly was a pleasure.
