“Not reliable at all”

"We wanted to thank you for your order of XXXX. Please know it's with our sincerest apologies we are letting you know this book has been cancelled.

It happened within 12 hours after the order was confirmed. This is the most insincere apology I have seen. These guys did not even bother to tell you why the order needs to be cancelled. Sucks.
