The price on the compression socks are cheap, but customer service is terrible! I ordered thigh highs in beige. Black were delivered 24 days later! Seriously, this is shipping from Arizona to Nevada. I was informed that exchanges can only be made within 30 days of the order date. I have been trying to contact them for a week. They have no manned phone number. It tells you simply to email. Well, I emailed within the 30 days. No reply. So, now 2 days over my order date, and I get stuck with their error in sending me the wrong product.
DO NOT GET FOOLED into buying from them! Buyer beware!
Tip for consumers:
Don't be fooled by their low prices. All sales are final. The compression doesn't seem as strong as it says. Shipping time is unreal at close to a month! There is no way to contact them except via email. And they are complacent. Not worth the trouble. Pay a little more and get a real compression sock from a real company.
