I ordered what was supposed to be a touching momento, a gift in remembrance of my son's 15-year-old dog that just passed away. The whole family was devastated by Coco's loss so I decided it was justified to spend close to $30 CAD, though it was more than I could afford on my tight budget.
Based on the website, image and description, it was going to be so pretty and would've made them so happy.
I'm shocked at what I received. I'm absolutely livid. I can't believe this is what they would send. A piece of plastic with badly trimmed edges and vertical indented lines all over, faded colours - just awful!
Seriously wondered if this was some kind of joke? It would be offensive to give this to anyone as a gift.
I sent an email almost 2 days ago now and no response. I'm really disappointed and even sad that this is how little regard a company has for people who spend their hard earned money thinking they're getting something nice.
