Skyscanner just directed me to another website called Kiss&Fly, which is definitely the worst website I have ever used, I will never use it again.

I just booked flights from kiss&fly, and the flights have been canceled already, but they told me they cannot cancel it for me since I have submitted a refund request. And you cannot even find their service call easily from their website, I will post it here, that is *******060. And their operator is also very horrible, they cannot answer my question politely.
