I had a purchase trouble on Vividseats. I left my message as DM on Twitter, and they replied me to contact to an operator to taking care of my tickets directly over the phone. It was smooth and I didn't have to do all re-ordering process again. He booked my tickets at the same section, almost same prices that I tried to purchase at the first time. I really hated it when there was a purchased trouble online, but his speed of troubleshooting was very good.
