I ordered an item then after a while I saw that nothing is happening with my order and I reached out to the customer support. The person who helped me told me that he would just cancel the order because he couldn't figure out what was happening with it and he told me to order the item again with "the next day delivery" and he would give me money back for shipping and he would cancel the first order. So I paid twice and he didn't cancel the first order. I got both items and spent 2+ hours talking to customer support trying to figure out to return it. And spent my time returning it!
