I will never purchase another Idem from amazon again this rep made my account just like him phonie. I had bought 2 idems from them and I had a problem with one of them The guy gave me a free Idem anything of my choice the COWARD I had on the phone today took what i had changed accounts cut me off from customer service and put my money in the amazon account then he locked me out i sent him 5 nasty emails wrote a FTC complaint and tommaro if the money isnt back on my card Im reporting it as fraud. He took my account on the idems i returned and he made it that the items arent returned he made a nice lawsuit for me and my wife now and i will pursue itr because I hate THE FOREIGN GARBAGE that's how its gonna be that piece of dirt i hope walking home from work or driving home from work a train hits him or even better what he did to me i hope goes to one of his misfits.
