Update: Clearly mailed a case to me yesterday.
Original: I spent $238.35 on one pair of glasses. When I received it, I was surprised that the glasses had no case. I contacted customer service #1 right away and was told that she would put a request on my order. After half month, I still did not get either case nor update. Then I contacted customer service #2. I was told the same as service #1 which means that either the service #1 did not put in the request or no one took care of the request. I was told that I would be contacted within 24 hours, and now it is 48 hours still no feedback. Clearly pretended to solve the problem and let the return date expire.
