After being with another hosting company and having a major issue that I couldn't recover from, a colleague recommended I try Hostgator. I did, and I have never looked back! They are helpful, and usually get issues resolved with one call. Love this hosting company and would recommend them again and again.
Being a very small business owner with not a lot of support staff, it is reassuring to have Hostgator as a partner!
Tip for consumers:
If you are in doubt about the level of service you need, give them a call, they will walk you through everything. They are great!
