1. Does BudgetAir have a call center, or phone number? 2. I can prove from the airline that they have refunded you so why are you not refunding me?
My booking w/ BudgetAir was unsuccessful for the reason "the fare you chose is no longer available from the airline" How long do they process refunds?
Don't work for a company that cheats people if you have any choice at all, it's bad karma.
This company steals people's money. I have asked for a refund. A voucher for another flight through BudgetAir is out of the question.

I did. It wasn't the flight I chose. Cancellation is difficult or impossible. This company uses any number of delaying tactics to avoid giving you a refund.
