I know I am answering this too late but trying to cancel through Budgetair is a NO GO they do not answer the phone or emails it is a complete and utter scam. Always cancel with your airline first to be safe like I did... Since early February Budget Air has yet to answer the phone or return my emails, AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
The phone number no longer works at all, it's an invalid number.
I canceled same day and was charged anyway. Now 10 days have passed and they say it will take 4 months to refund me.
