Fully drama indeed it said its a CENSORED wierd town chat room (aka chat hour) but they are tolerating chatters swearing rude opinions different kinds of faith, religions

It depends on the circumstances. Did you manually turn it off or did it turn off automatically? If you turned them off MANUALLY, log in to the desktop version of the site. I think you can choose whether or not your IMs are turned on in the settings available in the chat room. You get to that menu when you click the wrench button--something you'll see in the top right hand corner when you're in one of the desktop version's chat room. If it was turned off AUTOMATICALLY, you might be out of luck. Sometimes the site will automatically shut down a user's IMs if the algorithms flag the user as a spam account. At least in my experience, this has been more common if the user is someone with a lot of accounts or who just carpet bombs everyone with messages, but sometimes it does it to people for no reason. Your best option in this case is to delete the account and make a new one.

As far as I know, there is no phone number you can ring to sort out your issues with the company. If it's some kind of legal issue, your best bet is to call the police or get a lawyer or both.

It's because they straight up don't care. I don't think there is any moderation. In the past year or two, there's been at least a half dozen or so people who've gone to trial over sex crimes they've committed on Chat Hour (look it up; this actually happened). You'd think this would have been enough to force the owner to bring in a moderation team or for a law enforcement agency to start cracking down, but apparently not.

This is how you do it on the mobile version of the site. You scroll down to the bottom of the main menu and press My Profile. This will lead you to a page displaying the profile information you've entered into the site, followed by a list of options: Edit basic profile info, Edit other profile info, Edit note, and Upload photo. You want to click on Upload photo. At the top of the new screen that's loaded, there'll be a button that says "Choose file." You want to click that, and then choose the photo you want to upload to the site. It'll take a moment for the photo to upload to the site. Underneath the button that says choose photo, there's a list of submission guidelines. You don't need to worry too much about that. Underneath the submission guidelines, there's another button that says,"Upload your photo." Once you've selected the photo you want to upload to the site, you want to press that.

Chat Hour doesn't have a video chat function so far as I'm aware.

You have to hit the ignore button. On the mobile version of the site, this is going to be on that list of options below your chat with the person; between the option "Shout" and the option "Edit friendship." On the desktop version of the site, you click on the person's username, and there's a line of icons to the right of the user's profile picture. To block, you choose the one that's the furthest to the right.

This chat site has many rooms for all sorts of motives. The adult room, by the websites definition, is for flirting/dating/and cybering, but most of the time people are just having fun social conversations or fighting which is tons of enjoyment and excitement! Anything you want you can find here, as long as you are not easily offended^_^! -lillywhite
