Their customer service is very poor because you can't talk with them by phone, and their emails give you the run around. I like the products, and I purchased 4, but the 4th one never arrived and I haven't been able to get satisfaction from them. (They don't return phone calls, and their phone number sends you to their website where you can email them.)

Getting in touch with them is an absolute nightmare

Very responsive to my issue and helped me resolve it quickly.
