How do you know that the bril is fully charged and how do you know that the uv light is on and working? bill

Hello, When charging the light will turn green to indicate a full charge. At a general level, there is ample data to show that UV-C wavelengths like those used in Bril, are effective for sterilization. Here's some evidence: https://www.fda.gov/medical-devices/coronavirus-covid-19-and-medical-devices/uv-lights-and-lamps-ultraviolet-c-radiation-disinfection-and-coronavirus For our product specifically, we have independent lab test results showing Bril's efficacy against various bacteria like Staph, Strep, and E. Coli. Every single test showed at least 99.9% of the bacteria were neutralized. As you read about UV-C light, you may be concerned about the effects it can have on your skin and eyes. Part of what makes Bril a higher quality product, and contributes to the cost of production, is the fact that we specifically sourced medical grade glass, that doesn't allow the harmful UV-C waves through, for the viewing window. In short, if you can see the blue light on in your Bril, you can be sure that you are safe and the germs on your brush are not.

Hello, i just received 8 0f your toothbrush cleaners. however i did not receive a usb charging cord as is stated to be included on the packages. help!

Hello, charging cables are included. They're hidden toward the bottom of the box. They're kind of in their own little compartment within the box. Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or concerns.

Why didn't someone mention that it's only used for regular toothbrushes not electric toothbrushes?

Hi Christina, the bril surprisingly will fit an electric toothbrush, there is a little piece that can be removed in order to allow electric/wider necked brushes to fit. This usually solves the fit issue for most customers. If this does not work please let me know.

If you are looking at the bril logo on the product, the charging port is to the upper left side. It's covered by a little rubber cover. Pull that up and you can connect the included charging cord to the bril. You can then connect the USB to any USB charging block. USB charging blocks are used to charge cell phones, so you should be able to use the same block from your cell phone charger.
