Excellent except that I can't used the discount code at checkout. Otherwise, I would have given 5-star rating.
I bought 6 of these for christmas gifts. Mine quit working in about a year. The charger looks like it works because I can see the green and red light, but when I put the brush in it, there is no longer a light indicating anything is happening or that it's ready. Super disappointed. They were expensive.

Love the products of this company. Little uv sanitizers for your toothbrush. Easy to use and they work well.

I have an order that was placed on 12/2 and it is now 12/19. It has not been received.
Update: Bril customer service called me back and assisted me with this concern within five minutes of me leaving a message.
This product is nothing short of genius. I've always worried about the cleanliness of my toothbrush, and would replace it often due to bacteria concerns. I don't even think about it anymore with bril. 100% trust in this sterilizer!
Tip for consumers:
Knowing that bril kills 99.9% of bacteria makes me want to give one to everyone I love!

Won't charge anymore. Guess it is disposable? Bought 5 of these for Christmas'22 and none charge!
Solid red - left charging nothing works. No longer light to sanitize on all 5 I bought for family.
Great product up until now they are disposable.

Sorry about the trouble with charging. These devices have rechargeable batteries that do have a limited lifespan. The lifespan of the rechargeable battery will depend on how often the device is used and recharged. Please reach out to us directly to troubleshoot at service@sling.shop.
I got one for Christmas 2023. It's now Feb 13 and it won't charge. It just flashes red….plugged it in for days. I think I should get a replacement….the warranty says only 30 day warranty. Evidently, the company doesn't stand behind their product.

Bril contacted me and sent me a replacement. There was a one year warranty, not 30 days that was posted on the web. They do stand by their product.

I was multi-tasking and it was very easy to fit this shopping opportunity in.
It was on sale. I love mine, and my daughter loved hers when I gave it to her. So I got some more for more family members.
Was told today by customer service that there's a one year warranty and the product is expected to last two years! Mine lasted 17 months and my son's 18 months. Disgusted that they refuse to replace my product. Was told to buy two more if I wanted to replace them. Why would I spend $85 every two years for a faulty, shabbily built product? Save your money and don't waste it by purchasing this product.

I wanted to sanitize our toothbrushes.
I just received it and cannot describe an experience. However, this is my second one and I hope it lasts longer than a month.
The one I got thru Amazon in November lasted little more than a month and stopped charging. It stays red. I felt I might have an advantage going thru you.

I purchased 5 of these and planned to give a few of them away as gifts. I opened one to try for myself and immediately noticed the cheap quality of the product, not what I was expecting. That aside, the bigger issue is the opening for the brush is too small and does not fit well with my Oral B electric toothbrush head. I can only barely squeeze it in at the smallest part of the brush, right near the head and bristles. This means the entire brush head does not sit properly infront of the UV lights. I also feel like the cheap plastic is going to crack l when I'm pushing the brush into my Bril. I am regretting my purchase and don't feel I would even give these away as gifts.

This is the second set of toothbrush sanitizers we have purchased. The concept and convenience is great, just wish they lasted longer before they stop working. We are a family of 4 and have one in our bathroom for each of us and one in our travel bag. The only issue is that they don't last very long before they need to be replaced. I was really hoping this was going to be a long term solution, but they lasted only about 6 months before many of them stopped working. This is our second set and we love them when they work.
