on 5/29/17I don't know if Orchard can help you. If you want help from them, you should contact them directly.
Make an appointment at an Apple Store or call Apple iCare. Even if it's well out of warranty they'll run some diagnostics to check things (you may want to back everything up before you call).
You can also do a factory reset (but back everything up first!).
