Hi, I made a booking through Hotels.com for a 3 night stay at the La Mamre Guest house in Trinidad from Sept 19-22. This booking was made because of its location which stated Haleand Park, Maraval an area I knew well before migrating to the UK. Upon arrival, I was very disappointed to find out that the guest house is not located where it stated and needless to say, I did not stay there as the area was depressive. Secondly, Hotels.com never gave me the grace period stated to cancel my booking infact, my bank account was debited sometime in either June or July proof of that debit is in receipt. I therefore request full refund for misleading information re La Mamre's location.

I too was given misleading hotel information and waiting on refund. File a bbb claim against them.
