Horrible. And, even if you reach someone to question the throttling and buffering issues, the response will be, "I can see that you have multiple Rokus connected to your system!" I may have a couple of televisions in my home, but I only watch 1 at a time. This company may understand the concept of customer service but, they do not deliver any. They continually sidestep complaints.
No, I do not believe there are any in our area since this Kansas company continues to throttle there services and delivers the services through antiquated equipment!
They promised high speed internet service "within a week" and we were in a time crunch. Plus their prices seemed reasonable until we realized you basically got NO service without upgrading to the top tier ($125/month)
