I fully understand what js t means. i would never deal with a site i have little information about. sounds like they found the site the way i did -- through a web search. it's great having sites like sitejabber.com to see if any reviews, etc. have been posted -- i was just sorry to see that the only comments pertain to those like me who can't find anything yet. i did ask the bbb to build a profile on them if possible and if major travel sites such as conde nast traveler do a positive review, then yes, i'll give them a second look too... and i imagine others might as well.

I was wondering about this site as well. I found it during a general website search (my search was for airlines no longer featured on Orbitz, Travelocity, Expedia, etc.) and decided to look it over by pricing tix for a trip I'm considering for around Christmas. I wish there was more information about it. No BBB report yet either.
