Because they are a scam. They do not act in good faith following legal business practices.

Their customer service is hard to reach. I had to do a lot of googling and then wait in call for 30mins to reach their customer service. They offered a great price than competitors but I booked on wrong dates so to cancel I want to call them but couldn't find their customer service and couple no's i tried didn't work at all.
