Why they won't fill orders for fabric. Why when I order it they say they don't have the fabric. Well, we do have the fabric... but not a continuous cut. We're out of the fabric but we'll get some in soon, and no, we can't hold your order and fill it when fabric is available. Why the customer service is so rude and incompetent.

Don't order anything from Joann. Go to a flea market or Hobby Lobby who gets your order correct and treats you by the Golden Rule. Joann is terrible and I am still waiting for a refund wherein they charged my account twice for the same order. Run!
