ok this is so wrong in ordered 3 scribble fabric paints on july 15th 2018 and its not hear yet when i order these there was plenty left of them

Why they won't fill orders for fabric. Why when I order it they say they don't have the fabric. Well, we do have the fabric... but not a continuous cut. We're out of the fabric but we'll get some in soon, and no, we can't hold your order and fill it when fabric is available. Why the customer service is so rude and incompetent.
