Well I don't seem to be getting anywhere with this company either! They seem to be able to refuse returns on the grounds that their dresses are made to order! What a rip off!

I ordered my wedding dress from this company but the dress which is meant to be size 16 would fit size 10. The arm holes went as far as my elbows and the outer netting material looks like it's just been randomly cut with a pair of scissors. It's meant to be tea length but reaches the floor. I've emailed them for a refund but getting nowhere so I've told them I'm going to a solicitor and trading standards

I too have been trying to get a refund from this company. Their returns policy is useless, they reply with singe sentence answers and never seem to address the actual issues.
2 months on, I have managed to get a PayPal refund as the fast track service was not provided, but I fear the debit card transaction is lost.
I too have a fraud case open with my bank, so hope that I can get some recompence out of this
