I have ordered a dress for my wedding next Friday it was placed as rush order and the total cost was £208.86, I cannot trace the order on the online account and now no-one will reply to my email enquiries, I would like a full refund immediately, this is appalling customer service, I will be forced to take this further with consumer rights and will be taking legal action, please get in touch!

Hello, I would also like to take legal action against this company, they truly are shocking. I had to order my bridesmaids dresses again after they refused me a refund. I spent £480 with them and the dresses were SHOCKING.

If you paid by Visa Card you can apply to your bank for a disputed transaction. You will have to forward all communication with the company and their responses. It took only 3 weeks for me to get a refund from Barclaycard
