Yes. why is their customer service so awful! simple requests were denied, and they were rude, and kept me on hold an inordinate period of time.

Answer:

It is a scam service, they will not fix your problem, cancel and call your bank for a charge back. They are offering a service they do not provide.

Just signed up for a 30 day free trial, but my credit card has been charged $14.00 yesterday. why?

Answer:

Because they can. I am sorry if that sounds flippant, but it is the truth and there is no other logical reason for it. Please note that they don't charge by the page, but rather by the minute and they purposely use a very small bandwidth to send pages.

I am trying to cancel my account but do not remember my user name or password. i tried many but they do not seem to work.

If they canceled your account, the login won't work! Mine doesn't work anymore and I know for sure that it's right.
