What does max bid mean? i am trying to bud on a hersey

Answer:

The maximum bid format allows you to enter a higher maximum hidden bid without the actual bid immediately jumping to that price. When a maximum bid is entered, the system will automatically bid on your behalf (only when necessary) up to your maximum.

Question:

If i win a bid on a item, will i be paying just the bid price or the bid price and with the retail price included?

Answer:

You will pay your final bid price plus the buyer's premium of 16%. The only other cost would be the shipping cost which is in direct relation to our cost to ship an order. We offer combined shipping rates and even allow multiple invoices to be combined in order to keep shipping costs to a minimum.

I won an auction on 2 hockey jerseys over a week ago. it has been over 5 days since they charged my card and still no word if they have shipped the items or any communication. has anyone else had this issue? getting frustrating!!

David, Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, often faster. Once the package is prepared, you will receive an e-mail with tracking details. You can also check tracking details anytime by logging into your account and access your invoice dashboard from the menu in the upper right corner. Answer:

The premium is a necessary in order for us to be able to provide our service. Every auction house has a premium, and we do our best to keep it as low as possible. Our premium is significantly lower than our major competitors.

Custom jerseys are often used in the autograph hobby because they keep things affordable. Thank you Chris! As we are consignment based normal wear is expected with items such as this. We do not produce the majority of our inventory. It is common for consignors to hold signing with athletes and have the decals signed and placed on after for efficiency reasons.

All you have to do is Google the grading company whether it's PSA or Beckett and you can put the number in and it will tell you what it is.

I bought a jersey and held it to combine but lost the other bid . how do i get it shipped out?

Answer:

You have 14 day's to complete the transition. So if you want to wait and try again for the other item that you want to bid on you have time. If not on the top right where you sign in click on that and you will see awaiting payment then you can complete your purchase.
