I ordered a camcorder for a 3 day delivery. i checked my account and there was no tracking number. i called and spoke to josh who is: a sales person, supervisor and manager. he said he would recall the package, when i asked for the tracking number he said there wasn't one. he said i would receive my refuned in 21 days. i called back a few times and spoke to a josh, jason, and louis, all very rude.
