I would say scam. I ordered one thing, and got sent a completely different item, which I then was not allowed to return (it's been a week or two of back and forth emails with me asking for them to send me a return address and either refund my money or send me the item I ordered, which they have not.)

I agree! Vinlady is a huge Scam! I didn't get what I ordered and they tried to charge me twice.I complained to pay pal and only got charged once but then my claim was closed and I could not report that I did not get the item I ordered because they closed the file and now I can not get a refund for something so disgusting and ugly! So upset!
