What is the address and procures for returns. everyone talks about having to return items, but no one gives the information i need for it.

Answer:

I have never been given an authorization to return the items I did not like (which is what my invoice says they require) nor have they given me a shipping address to return the items to. I have sent them more than six emails in the 10 days i have the items with no response, past the sorry that you were not happy with your order. Please let us know what u did not like about the items and which items you wish to keep. I emailed them the response right away and they never answered any other emails.

Question:

I purchase a dress but it was too small and the fabric was awful and cheap! i received the item after 18 days and when i wanted to return the item they did not give me the return address (they did not reply my emails! despite they mentioned it the website that for return we should email them and ask for the return address) but did not answer! and now it is over 28 days from shipping (i've received the item a week ago!) and i cannot be refunded anymore!

I will check what is wrong with the dress and the email no responding issue. For the shipping time, if you choose free shipping, it's normal that it took about 18 days, because it's shipped overseas. Again we are so sorry for any inconvenience caused and looking forward to your reply in order to solve this problem. Thanks.
