What is the address and procures for returns. Everyone talks about having to return items, but no one gives the information I need for it.

I have never been given an authorization to return the items I did not like (which is what my invoice says they require) nor have they given me a shipping address to return the items to. I have sent them more than six emails in the 10 days i have the items with no response, past the sorry that you were not happy with your order. Please let us know what u did not like about the items and which items you wish to keep. I emailed them the response right away and they never answered any other emails.

You are supposed to email them and they are supposed to reply with the return address. But they never reply even after sending 10+ emails. So I just wrote this horrible review upon which they replied. Thank you for shopping with VIPme.We are deeply sorry for the late reply.We want you to be satisfied with your VIPme purchases. If thats not the case, well gladly accept merchandise for return.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- Items are received within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Items remain unused, undamaged and in original package.
- You are responsible for return shipping cost.
- Shipping and insurance fees are not refundable.
Please note that items that do not meet the above criteria cannot be returned.

The package should be taken to your postal carrier and mailed to the following address:

Please kindly provide the tracking number (if you have one) and shipping method (UPS, USPS, etc.) to us when you return it. On the other hand, please kindly provide the name of the item that you would like to return.

The refund will be applied to the credit card or other method of payment initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card (up to 30 days for internationally-issued cards).

I sent 3 items back using the Jamaica, NY Address as recommended by Sana. I have not heard anything back from vipme nor returned shipment due to invalid address. This is very frustrating. What a scam.

The post office was unable to find the street address! I just emailed them. Like everyone else, I emailed many times before getting the response you got Sana.
