This is the only service available in my area-I believe to be the same for all of the other comments i have read is there nothing that can be done?

Spent over an hour trying to get proper response for your automated system...no luck! Online was redirected to trash pickup when i wanted to change
Why not empty the garbage that has been sitting for over a Month from previous tenants? Definitely NOT using their service.
Do you give all customers such poor service or am I the lucky one?
