When it comes to top notch professionalism, Tangie meets the qualifications. She's always respectful to my family and very reliable when it comes to my garbage service. This hardworking young lady is always putting a smile on my face by engaging in small talk with my children as she passes by and always being concern and letting us know what she will strive to do if we ever have questions or concerns. I have no issues with her when it comes to trash removal.

Should get 25% off for only performing 75% of contract. Customer service just lies to you and deleted your replies, if they reply at all. Don't use them if you actually want your trash picked up.

I pay monthly to get my trash picked up...they come every Mondays to pick up they missed my coda sac block I called to let them know they missed my Block person claimed they came told them I have cameras all around my home there's prove they didn't well today they came and on purpose left trash cans blocking my driveway so of course I took pictures they do poor service also have proof of trash left on street

I would give this company a negative number if I could. They have not picked up trash for three weeks saying its because of weather but other trash companies have had no problems picking up neighbors trash each week. I called there customer service number and they told me an area manager would give me a call within 24 hours no call was ever received. Do not use this company if you have other choices even if it's more money. We have made a switch to a more reliable service.

This company has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with speaking from a small business myself. I have been trying to get out of contract with them since well before our contract was up nobody would help me and nobody would give me information about how to do it. I heard from many other residential customers and businesses that it was a nightmare to deal with them. We are now stuck in a contract with them for another year Paying way more than everybody else and just having them is a nightmare to work with.

We've had Waste management for a few years. They swore at my wife right after she was in an accident for blocking there way. They don't communicate. Prices are higher than anyone else, and they miss their service times and lie about pick up. They're going to eventually cause the next plague.

Company doesn't live up to its own rules but wants you too. I started new service I had to constantly call them to deliver my can which they lied and said they would that Friday I didn't get that can till next week and then charged me double

Waste Management is the single worst company I have ever worked with. They use deceptive business practices to ensure your account is automatically renewed so they don't lose customers. If they didn't do this, they would fold as NOBODY likes their services. They are over-priced, you cannot reach your CSR directly and they fail to explain the cancellation policy but rather make you read pages and pages of fine print, knowing that most don't do that and bang - they got you for another 12 months. It is wrong and it should be illegal. I have filed reports with the BBB and the FTC for deception and fraud.

Tip for consumers:
Pay your lawyer to read the fine print, it will be worth it in the long run. Better yet, don't use Waste Management at all and you'll be fine.

My son forgot to put trashes out,I called them asking if they could come back mind you it still the same day and they told me they would for 85 dollars! That's more then what my monthly bill is! It's ridiculous talking about for milage or having to go out of their route! They do not care about their customers!

My bill went up this quarter, I called them, after dealing with the dump robot and waiting for nearly one and a half hour, all I got was, once I unenrolled the auto payment, a $8.50 fee was added. Well, who knows? If I had known or had been warned while unenrolling, I wouldn't have done it. My experience dealing with their reps the past three time felt the same - they became very firm with you, no room to work with you anymore. Would've chosen other company if I had a choice.

Waste Management quoted me as $177 a month, but they charged me an additional $220 for so-called overfilling. It happened they took from my bank account in
September $700, November $800. December $240. After that, I started paying attention. January 2024, I received

I was a Waste Management customer for over six years in that timeframe. My bill doubled each billing cycle. I never knew what the bill was going to be and to top it all off. The service was absolutely terrible. I would call customer service they would schedule pick ups never happened and to the point I just got tired and changed, I would never recommend this company

I quit their service in August of 2023, they kept charging me a monthly fee and was over $100 and was sent a letter they were sending me to collections. I cleared that up in December, it took Judith a few minutes since I was not in their system because I was no longer a customer (imagine that). I just received another email of a $5 charge for unknown reason. I dont understand why the organization keeps charging me for not being a customer. I would not suggest this service to anyone.

I was proud of waste management. I was proud of paying the money knowing they never missed a garbage day and they were clean. But at a start I was paying 45 dollars in the beginning. Few months later it was 50 dollars. Then few months later it was 55 dollars. Then a few months 60 dollars. Then the next bill it went up to almost 70 dollars a month. All for one 30gallon bag of trash. In a big trash can. Even if I did switch to a smaller trash can to make things cheaper, i know they will climb those prices up too. Also it was so easy to sign up but to cancel, it was a pain. I have to send a request or call which more than half the time I can't get a hold of in less than 45 minutes of waiting. It's a shame I have to switch over waste management for being greedy.

Waste Management increased my total monthly fee for residential and trash pick-up nearly three times the original rate in 3 years, with the most substantial increase within the past year. The rates also fluctuated due to "fuel costs". They charged $75 plus "fees" (which = $95.70) to cancel service, which is not disclosed at the time of initiating service. Not to mention they tacked on another $13.50 for a late fee to equal $109.20, even though the delay was mostly due to their billing errors and delay in responding to inquiries. They have measures in place to avoid being able to speak to an actual person. When you finally receive a response from an actual person after filing a formal complaint, they are prepared with scripted, generic responses and blame the consumer. WM is deceptive and calculated in offering appealing promotional rates and then disguising their additional fees and increases.

Unreliable,they don't pick the garbage up on schedule. Promised to pick up our garbage for 2 weeks.and when they did come only took 1 can. Left all the garbage for animals to get in.

Tip for consumers:
They finally came at 1 pm to pick up our garbage after 2 weeks.

I would give 0 star and Spit on them If I could.
I have 8 time services per year and HALF of them were missed! They never tell me the reason, I tried to reach them by online enquiry or call the customer service, after 15 mins waiting someone pick up the phone call and told me the most ridiculous dumb reason I ever heard "Sorry, our driver said your bin was too heavey" "Your bin was not pulled out" etc,. But the bin was actually on the kerb! They are so dishonest since they said they have rescheduled the service twice but no one came and do the service still. Whoever watching my review now, Please do not select them, unless you want to know what the $#*!test service be like.

My rating would be zero stars if it were an option i would advise everyone not to order there service, 1 off they charge a 5,00 monthly energy fee 2 nd off I started service with wm in June of 2020 at 22.60 per month since the start date my bill has increased today's bill is 47.70. Over double in 3 Years everyone in my neighborhood has wm for trash removal times 5.00 energy fee that totals at least 1000 per month for a small community

I had closed my account but was still billed. Customer service said they would reverse. They did not. Guess WM thought I would forget about it. Thieves.

I am utterly dismayed and utterly furious with the abhorrent practices of this so-called Waste Management company. Let me make it clear: stay far, far away from these charlatans if you value your sanity, your finances, and your dignity.

First and foremost, their deceitful tactics are utterly despicable. They lured us into an agreement with a Latino organization, conveniently failing to explain the terms properly in Spanish. This is not just a mere oversight; it's a blatant act of deception targeting vulnerable communities. Shame on them for preying on language barriers to trap unsuspecting customers.

And let's not even get started on their slimy salesperson. They were like a snake oil salesman, smooth-talking their way into our wallets without a care for honesty or integrity. Their lack of transparency is reprehensible and frankly, criminal.

But wait, it gets worse. The service provided is an absolute travesty. Inconsistent billing? Check. Overcharging? You betcha. It's like they see us as nothing more than cash cows to be milked dry.

And when you try to break free from their clutches? Good luck. They'll unleash their inner bully, hounding and harassing you to stay locked into an agreement you never wanted in the first place. Their audacity knows no bounds.

Oh, but don't think for a second that they're willing to rectify their wrongs. No, their idea of customer service is a sick joke. Once they've got you roped in, they couldn't care less about your satisfaction or well-being. They'll treat you like dirt unless you agree to dance to their tune for the next three years.

And let's not even talk about their prices. Outrageous doesn't even begin to cover it. It's daylight robbery disguised as a service.

In conclusion, this Waste Management company is a disgrace to the industry. They're manipulative, unethical, and downright immoral. Save yourself the headache and the heartache. Take your business elsewhere, anywhere but here. They don't deserve a single cent of your hard-earned money.

First thing I will say is clearly you cannot trust the overall score waste managed have achieved as they remove bad reviews despite knowing they're legitimate and knowing who posted them as they contacted me about the previous review after removing it, so proceed with this company with caution. As I am posting this honest review through the link they provided (after hounding me to provide one which I avoided as I wasn't confident issues were resolved nor did I yet feel positive about my overall experience) I hope they can't find a way to remove this and further mislead customers.

I took out a commercial waste contract with them in September, it took several weeks for our bin to be provided, during which time we were still being charged (after a lot of chasing this was eventually resolved and I was provided a credit for the time missed, though I note no additional compensation for the inconvenience of having to deal with a lot of waste disposal ourselves) we were given multiple delivery dates and the delivery kept not happening, then randomly arrived on a day we weren't expecting it and only by chance did we arrive at the address to find the delivery vehicle in the middle of one of our fields, despite being told, several times, they "cannot access the property as the drive is too small so it will be left at the end of the drive..." the driver then, rather than simply turning around in the huge flat camping field, attempted to reverse back out and down the drive and crashed into our hedges causing extensive damage.

We were provided a collection schedule for the bins to be emptied, this schedule matched our domestic waste collections so worked perfectly, the first few collections took place as they should (though we were charged additional and quite high fees for being overweight - which given some weeks the bin was nearly empty was rather frustrating but is what it is)

But then mid November a collection was missed and this is where everything went wrong, I arranged an additional collection, which I was advised may happen any day the following week - less than ideal as we have a very long drive so left bin nowhere near where it's needed, and the bin being here is in the way for farm machinery and to safely pull out the drive, but more frustrating, the reality is the collection would be happening the following Thursday at the usual collection time would have been much more helpful to have been told the truth regarding this, returned the bin rather than it being in the way for an entire week getting on everyones nerves and then causing an issue with the local planning authority - all avoidable!

Now, as it's winter, we don't spend as much time at the property, we travel a lot and work around the country, as per the schedule we ensured we returned to the property the following Thursday to put our bins out, domestic emptied, commercial not... yet another long call to waste managed to learn the schedule had been changed? I was assured it was changed back and therefore another additional collection would take place the following Thursday and then we'd be back on the correct schedule therefore collection a week after.
This didn't happen and this situation continued every single week for 4 months, needing to return to the property every Thursday rather than every other Thursday to put the bin out mostly for no reason!

I then left a review on here in January outlining all this as I'd had enough and wished to cancel the contract, as a result of the review (that they removed as they couldn't verify it and claimed it was a fake review despite contacting me straight away about it - very dishonest) it was escalated and the complaints team ran through everything with me, gave me 3 or 4 different assurances with reasoning why this would not happen again and offered a months credit on the basis of my complaint of two collections had been missed, which I then ran through every collection from the start of the contract and established that due to the schedule being changed they bypassed these as "missed" collections despite nobody ever telling me the schedule was changed and kept confirming we were back on original schedule.

I then failed to realise there was an additional annual service fee, so the credit was swallowed up by this additional charge, and on top of that I had been charged additional weight for collections where I hadn't had a collection for 3 weeks due to their missed collection - very wrong!

After this I reluctantly kept the service as I was promised everything would run smoothly, the following week the collection took place successfully, so thought it was all okay, I still withheld reviewing just incase, then, two weeks later, cut a holiday short to put the bin out, no collection! Schedule changed AGAIN without telling me!

So now I have had enough, and wish to cancel

Huge cancellation fees and lots of hidden charges

If I could give them less than 1 Star I would. I have spent the last two mornings being put on hold, hung up on and then told I could not cancel our service because my name was not on the account. I asked to talk to a manager and was denied. Over 2 1/2 hours of my time and now my husband is going to have to go through the same process! Go with Countryside! Less expensive, was not put on hold and they have an actual office in Cortez!
