I have worn the shoes for years but things have changed with the company. Their software malfunctions and put my online order in 3 TIMES even though it said INVALID as I hadn't changed my address as I hadn't ordered from them in a while. This really messed up my bank account. Now 6 days later they say one of the shoes is not in stock! Seriously? Never ordering from them again. Incompetent and bad ordering software.

one pair of shoes which I will probably send back as the pair I REALLY WANTED now, 6 days later, they say is not in stock. PATHETIC CS.

I just purchased three pairs of shoes from this company. At the last minute without any explanation, they cancelled two pairs of my shoes and refunded me however they short changed me 17.00. How dishonest dont sell shoes you cant deliver and give proper refunds. I will be contacting my bank to organize a full refund. Beware that this can happen and they will then ignore you

I used to LOVE this brand as I finally found a shoe I could walk in, HOWEVER... after going thru many pairs... and assuming it was my own fault for being rough on shoes...after ordering my 3rd pair of traq sneakers I am done! They look good but DO NOT LAST more than a few months. The soles are made of foam and anything like a rock punctures... they start falling apart! I cant not afford disposable shoes!

These shoes are made in China. The customer service is in Canada and they are horrible. I wore shoes indoor as indicated and they still would not exchange them for me. Now I'm stuck with $150.00 shoes I cannot wear. Will never buy again!

I returned a pair of shoes for what I thought was an exchange. They charged me for the new shoes and then issued me a store credit when I expected a refund. I emailed them and was told that they had to issue me a business check because there was no way to refund me. After 2 weeks and no check in the mail I contacted them again. And was told this just issued the same day I emailed. I received the refund through paypal... thought they had no way to refund me, but it was only partial refund. I know for the close out items they take a percentage off but my error for thinking If I ordered the new pair and put the info on the form they would refund me the whole amount worst company have ever had to deal with.

I ordered a pair of shoes from here. They took my money and said it was refunded and i have yet to see a refund! It's been five days! This seems like fraudelent activitity to me, i seem to get the run around and the days keep changing as to when my refund is coming $237!

I purchased shoes from, Alegria Shoe Shop, they had size for sz. 9, listed to buy European size 39. They have since, changed thier chart to sz. 40 for a size 9. I have tried to contact them, I have no printer for a return label. So, they just totally do not respond to me. They initially listed wrong size for sz. 9 on thier chart, which they have since changed. I am stuck with shoes I cannot wear. They will not even give me the courtesy of a reply os some kind. Very un-professional business to deal with. I will never order from them, again.

They ddo not get back to you, I POSTED a quesquestion about a reretreturreturn labelabel, wwhen I do not hhave aa prprinprinter. They do nonot eveneven ansanswer the quequesquestion, Looks like I am sstuck with the sshoes. This type is ddoindoing its thing, aagagain. So, all I can say iis be real sure about the shoe, bebecause withwithout a printer, I think you are going to kkeepkeep them, eeven if you ddo not wanwant to. II'm stuck with mine. Good LucLuck! I willwill nonot use shoe shopshop site, again.

I found shoes I liked online, created an account and attempted to order. It wouldn't allow me to choose the wide width insole with the shoes - it automatically sent an email request for shipping info to alegria shoe shop. I finally figured out if I removed the insoles from my cart, I could proceed with the order. After 2 days and several attempts, I phoned customer service and eventually got to a voicemail where I could leave a message asking someone to please call as I was having trouble placing an order. It just kept saying my payment method (visa) was declined even though all info was correct. I've still never received an email reply to their automatically generated request nor my voicemail message. I've found the same shoes elsewhere online for less, very easy ordering and a prompt reply to a question I had, which will arrive tomorrow - probably before I ever hear from alegria shoe shop.

I have ordered 2 pair of shoes from them. There are no added costs for shipping etc. What the shoe cost is what you pay. They also are incredibly fast at getting them to you. I never asked for expedited service. Also shoes are very comfortable for all day on your feet.

I bought 5 shoes from this company. I choice a size 10.5 they sent me a size 10.5-11 which is way too wide for me. I called the company requesting for a return label they told me All sales are final but I told them I chose a Size 10 and I bought 5 set of shoes what do they want me to do? She was saying something else, I just filed a complaint with my bank to return my money, it's crazy when I ordered for a size 10.5 and you are sending me 10.5-11, that is crazy. I just need my money back at this Point I can't spend my $1 with such a company.
