Do not even waste your time with this company I think it's a scam I have still not received my hair extensions I paid nearly $300 wish I paid more for a better company at least you know you'll have better customer service. Disgusting customer service I've sent so many emails and nothing! Only 1 reply saying they had been shipped out lol. I will definitely be taking this further if I don't receive anything by this week!

These are the best hair extensions I've ever had. They are so thick and soft, they look like real hair and the price is the best I've found online. They also offer Afterpay! All round very happy.

I ordered a set of hair extensions from catwalk hair extensions online and I am still waiting for them to arrive after 2 weeks of waiting and that was with express shipping too. I was not given a tracking number and I have sent numerous emails asking where they are only to not have my questions answered.
I'm very angry that my order is not here by now and I am also angry with the people who are supposed to be "support" for this company.
Never shopping here again!

The customer service is horrible! They take for ever to ship, they don't inform you of any delivery information
The product comes unbranded with no information on how to return.

The extensions are horrible! I order 24" weft extensions, they were thin at the end and weren't 24", the quality is horrible so bad I can't even use them because they are so thing and ratty. I informed them of how unhappy I was and they just ignore
My messages and havnt replied!

I was told about them by a friend who is a hairdresser, I looked through the website and thought wow they're not over priced that's amazing!
So I proceeded to purchase some tape extensions and also some replacement tape.

12 days later and 4 follow up emails FROM MY END. I finally received the hair (no shipping email, no tracking. Nothing) much to my suprise I was so excited to see that the colour I picked was exactly the same as my own and tbh the hair is good quality! HOWEVER... it has now been 2 months and I am still yet to receive the replacement tape roll AND have emails saying it should arrive on x day but NEVER did. I have sent numerous emails to follow up and now am getting no replies.

Do not use this brand people. Pay the extra $100 and get amazing customer service and reassurance the products you are purchasing are legit!

Just received my clip ins from Catwalk and they are absolutely amazing! The quality and thickness are insane! They are so soft and straight, and thick from top to bottom! I purchased Pearl blonde which are super ashy and match my hair perfectly. They were really helpful, and my product came super quick! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone wanting affordable clip ins without skipping out on quality and service!

I purchased the blonde bombell in the volume piece clip in extention.
When i recieved in it in mail today, it was a golden yellow tone. There no no pearl/ cool blonde tone at all.
When i contacted customer service they replied saying, you can tone it into an ash colour if you like using a purple shampoo.

Very disappointed.

Dont even no where to start. Worse hair ever. They claim on fb n their site that its thick from top to ends. 200 to 220 grams and the best on the market. Complete bull sh**! 180 bux down the drain. Theyre the thinnest ever cant even blend them in. I couldve got the same thing for 40 bux on ebay. They dont even reply or refund they have bad customer service. I see why they dont refund as they scam people and lie about their hair extensions. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered ash blonde with darker blonde foils clip in extentions. I received orange ones. I am so angry. I bought them through Afterpay. They contaced them & they said "She got what she ordered". I sent a complaint to Dept of Fair Trading, they were told the same answer. I am taking it further and logding a claim in a civil court.

Whatever you do, don't buy from this business if you are expecting your extensions within 3-6 business days as advertised. I ordered these 2 weeks prior to my wedding day. I contacted them after a week when they had not arrived yet and was told it was on its way. I asked for a tracking number and nothing was provided. I tried messaging on them on facebook and my messages were ignored. After I emailed advising that I no longer need them as it was too late and it was then only 3 days before my wedding and had organised a hairdresser to organise new ones, they sent me the packet via express post. They obviously had never sent them in the first place previously. I sent them back and rightfully asked for a refund as I had gotten new ones in by now. They agreed but only after multiple ignored emails. I am still waiting for my refund which is why I am taking this further now. Unprofessional and not a business that should be running. Absolute joke!

Ordered it one week, it wasn't shipped until the week after. After given no other option other than to pay for 'express shipping' on their site meaning 1-2 days, a week later it still wasn't delivered. Staff were rude 'know-it-alls'. They don't have a contact number. Didn't reply to any emails. And refused to refund me a lousy $10 for shipping as it's definetly NOT express shipping. Won't be buying from them again because of this experience

I have been purchasing Catwalk's tape extensions for my clients for around 2 years now and they are fantastic. The quality is consistent and top notch. I went through multiple brands such as Show Pony, Zala, Pure, Glamour before finding Catwalk, I was literally ready to give up but fell in love with the first set I purchased for myself. I would now never use any other brand on my clients. The hair extension industry has become an absolute mess, but Catwalk seem to be the only affordable brand left with any integrity by still providing fantastic quality hair

Their hair balm..or called "the balm" is great for straight hair and frizzy hair. I used it after i blow dry and then use my flat iron

They've recently changed from European to Russian hair, their hair used to be really good but now is incredible! They are so thick and soft and their customer service team goes above and beyond to help with colour matching. Always received my orders within a week with no problems

I order my extensions almost a month ago, for a special occasion. Their website states international shipping takes 6-10 days. I have emailed them multiple times and still have yet to receive a response let alone a tracking number.
Their website also states they will not refund after 2 weeks of the purchase date... well its been long over 3 weeks so how the hell does that work?
I would avoid ordering from this place seeing as its clearly a scam and their lacking some serious customer service skills.

CLEARLY they pay for their good reviews because this websites a joke.

On their website it promises 6 day delivery. Ive been waiting for my order for 10 days. I received no shipping information so emailed them enquiring. They never emailed back. I have emailed another 4 times, still no reply. I ended up messaging their Facebook page, they promised my order had been shipped but when I asked for a tracking number they said they would give it to me later. Ive messaged another 3 times and still have no reply. The photos they use on social media and their website are stolen photos and they false advertise which is why I have reported them to accc. I paid via afterpay for my order and have contacted afterpay about getting a refund. Its my number priority to have this company shut down.

Extensions haven't come, it's been over three weeks. No contact, no tracking and the delete all the bad reviews. I'm contacting consumer affairs today and hopefully this business gets closed as it's border line fraud

Love this brand! Been using their clip in and tape ins for over 5 years and wont ever user another brand again! :)

I've spent years going through different hair extensions sites. A lot of them are scams or overpriced. It's hard to know who to trust. Catwalk is safe and secure. Fast shipping as well and if you send them a photo of your hair they will email you the colour you should get.
I weighed they extensions and they were true to the site (160 grams) and they are 100% Human Hair.
